The registration procedure of guests - participants of the S7 Priority Program and conditions of mile accrual at Hotel Volna is as follows:

1. Guests are registered upon the presentation of the S7 Priority Program participant's card to the administrator of the Front Desk Department during their stay at the Hotel.

2. In case of the late application of a guest to be registered for the past accommodation at the Hotel the registration shall be carried out only at the S7 managers' request received at the Sales Department as well as for the current year.

3. The following guest categories shall be subject to registration under the S7 Priority Program:
• full-rate accommodated guests;
• guests accommodated under tourist agencies' orders as per the basic tariff;
• guests who have reserved their rooms via the Hotel Internet site.

4. The Program participants receive 500 to 1500 miles per card depending on the selected category of a room per each night of accommodation at Hotel Volna.
