Hotel Volna renders to foreign guests services in visa support for obtaining a single entry tourist visa.
When preparing documents for obtaining visa and passing passport control it is necessary to specify the purpose of trip - tourism.
To provide you with such visa support in obtaining a single entry tourist visa please complete the following documents:
1. Guest’s Questionnaire
Note: the visa support service is only rendered subject to the room reservation and accommodation at Hotel Volna (refer to the Section titled Room Reservation).
Please send documents completed for visa support by welcome@volnahotel.ru
The time for the preparation of documents is 1 to 4 working days.
We shall provide you the following documents to be required for obtaining visa at the RF Consulate:
1. Hotel voucher which proves the room reservation.
2. Voucher for rendering tourist services.
3. The tourist agency confirmation of the receipt of a tourist in Nizhny Novgorod.
It is necessary to keep copies of the said documents about oneself when crossing the border and passing the passport control.
The cost of service depending on the urgency of document execution shall be:
RUR 1920 – normal fee (2-4 days)
RUR 2240 – express fee (1-2 days)
In case of the waiver of the said service, the non-arrival or the cancellation of reservation after the start of the document preparation procedure a certain amount is charged from the guest’s credit card pursuant to penal provisions specified in the guest’s questionnaire.
