TERMS OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

The validity period of the status in the loyalty program is 365 days from the date of the introduction of new conditions from 12/25/2023.

If you do not make any reservations for 1 calendar year from this date or do not gain enough nights to move to the next level of the program, your level is automatically lowered to the previous one, and the nights are burned down to the minimum number of nights in the previous level.

If you are a cardholder of the highest level of the program, you also confirm your status with bookings. However, to maintain the status, it is enough to make 1 reservation within 365 days.
